The footage was taken in March 1994, after La Toya had agreed again to work for Playboy Entertainment. The film features La Toya in various soft core instances, and mainly consists of topless dancing in fantasy scenarios. The video does not depict La Toya engaging in any sexual acts with another person, though she can be seen simulating masturbation in one scene. The video remains in the soft core category throughout. The steamier scenes are inter-cut with scenes of La Toya discussing her life as a Jackson, her family and the abuse she suffered as a child.
The video was released on April 6, 1994 and met with great commercial success. To date the video has sold an estimated 50,000 copies. The footage has a received a region free DVD release.
La Toya Jackson refused to speak openly about her dealings with Playboy Entertainment until 2005, after the death of her abusive ex husband/manager Jack Gordon. In an interview with 20/20 aired during he brother Michael Jackson's trial for child molestation, La Toya addressed the issue of Playboy for the first time.
"I did what I was told to do, I'd been beaten too many times not to.....but I have to admit I was professional."
La Toya's said her willingness to pose naked was, she says today, a lie. It was all part of her ex-husband's plan to sexually exploit her and bring shame to the Jackson family.
A picture taken during the cover session for the video was used on the cover of La Toya's 1994 country album Stop in the Name of Love
